MOVING HOME(引っ越し)

  • STARTING SERVICE(開栓)

Reservation is requird.

When you move into your apartment and house you will have to contact us and arrange for an appointment. At the scheduled time and at your attending, we will send our employee who will check and then activate your gas lines. Please attend the check and fill in the forms for activate your gas lines indispensable. (It takes about 1 hour)

  • STOPPING SERVICE(閉栓)

When you move out your apartment and house.You will have to contact us. At the scheduled day, we will send our employee who will check and then stop your gas lines. We send the final bill. Please Pay by the end of month.(or you can pay same way as the last time)

HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL(支払い方法)

DIRECT DEBIT/CREDIT CARD

When you apply to pay the gas bill by credit card or direct debit, please enter in the form by Email or FAX. We will mail the credit card or direct debit application form for payment within 1 week. And then please fill in the form, mail back to us with our envelope. It takes about 2 months to complete them. Click Here For more information.

 

EMERGENCY(緊急)

  • GAS LEAK

When it smells of gas, call us immediately. Contact in an emergency is available 24 hours a day and on holidays. ( Not contact by e-mail)

Never use an ignition source

Don’t touch any electrical appliances and any electrical switches

  1.  Open windows and doors wide to flush out the gas.
  2.  Close all gas and appliances valves.
  3.  Details to give when calling the emergency contact address
  • Your name 
  • Your address 
  • The condition of the site Gas leak is “GASU-KUSAI” in Japanese

 

  • RESETTING THE GAS METER
  1. Close all appliance valeves.
  2. Press the button on the gas meter.
  3. Wait for a few minute.

If there is a gas leak or you smell gasu,do not try to reset the meter.
